The Company provides security, alarm monitoring, surveillance, access control, networking, legacy telecommunications, VoIP communications, and related technology services.
Services may vary by customer agreement and geographic availability.
2. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
You acknowledge that:
- Alarm systems and VoIP systems may be interrupted by power failures, internet outages, equipment malfunctions, carrier interruptions, weather events, or third-party failures.
- No security or alarm system guarantees prevention of burglary, fire, intrusion, property damage, injury, or loss.
- VoIP services may not function during electrical outages or internet failures, including the ability to contact emergency services.
You are responsible for maintaining backup communication methods where necessary.
3. E911 and Emergency Services Disclaimer
VoIP emergency calling may differ from traditional telephone service.
You acknowledge and understand:
- E911 functionality may be limited or unavailable during power outages, broadband interruptions, or service disruptions.
- Relocation of VoIP equipment without updating service address information may result in incorrect emergency dispatch routing.
- The Company is not liable for failures or delays in emergency communications caused by internet or carrier issues.
Customers must ensure all registered emergency address information remains accurate and current.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account confidentiality
- Use Services lawfully
- Avoid unauthorized access or interference with systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You may not:
- Use Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to circumvent system security
- Reselling Services without authorization
- Interfere with network integrity
5. Payments and Billing
Customers agree to timely payment of all invoices and recurring charges.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, and attorney fees where permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of law
- Infringement of third-party rights
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
9. Monitoring and Recording
The Company may monitor network activity, communications metadata, and system usage for:
- Security purposes
- Dispatching authorities
- Technical support
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Service quality asthesurance
Where legally required, consent to monitoring or recording is hereby acknowledged.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Security concerns
- Nonpayment
- Legal or regulatory requirements
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the website and Services unless superseded by a separate written service agreement.
